 Liver is a vital organ of the body.  It is a major gland with a wide range of functions.  It is really important to keep liver healthy; otherwise, your body becomes susceptible to various disorders.

Secretion of Enzyme Metabolism Digestion Immunity Storage of Nutrients Eliminates Toxins

 Broccoli is the best liver detox food.  That’s because it contains an amazing phytonutrient that enhances the function of a natural enzyme, which aids in eliminating toxic molecules from liver.  Include broccoli in your diet and reap its benefits.

 Including Brussels sprouts in your diet is a great way to help your liver function appropriately.  It aids liver cleansing by excreting the toxic materials.
