Objectives of the job Delivery of local ITS Services to local business Maintain and manage IT infrastructure and all IT systems required in the country or countries Deliver and manage equipment and support / services for end-user

Main tasks and responsibilities of the job  Manage, operate and support the ITS environment in the area of responsibility  Management of all services delivered from Country ITS according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)  Implement and support/service group standards in the area of responsibility  Provide 1 st level of support and helpdesk in Operation Center according to group directives  Provide proper documentation of systems, infrastructure and applications  Deliver standardized end-user environment according specification from Group ITS  Manage local Country ITS budget and support Head of Country ITS in its preparation  Report in time on all projects/tasks and according to defined reporting requirements

 Main accountabilities (if appropriate, e.g. “profit / loss”, “market share”) Country Service Quality Index Availability and performance of services delivered from the Operation Centers Country ITS budget Availability and performance of external services where applicable  Main contacts with external and internal customers Member of the ITS Seminar Competence Centers and Operation Centers Other Country ITS Managers  Resources available to fulfill the job Direct line manager of local Country ITS team External Support Providers where applicable and approved  Special requirements Readiness to travel occasionally Availability during defined global maintenance time-frame (usually every 3 rd weekend of the month)
