Directions: Slide 2: Print on colored paper. Hot dog fold along solid line, then fold in half (hamburger fold) so the lines are on the inside. Unfold and cut along the 4 lines. Slide 3: Paste graphics or type text in the boxes. To enter text in a box, click on the border of the box to select it and begin typing. Optional: Print without text or graphics to have students write their own text and draw their own pictures. Print on white paper. Glue the Title Box to the cover. Glue the remaining boxes on top of and underneath the flaps. Slide 4: To enter text in a box, click on the border of the box to select it and begin typing. Optional: Leave boxes blank for students to fill in. Print. Cut out boxes and glue under flaps.
