Region Governor Talent Review Talent Review Process Goals: Identify actions to increase skill set for immediate position and long term SWE assignment goal Presenter: Self-elected committee chairs and region governors with interest in future BOD positions Format: 10 minute overview with 5 minutes for questions and feedback Audience: BOD and Nom Cmte Timing: BOD2 for RGs that can arrive on Tues PM (prioritize year 2) Next steps: assign BOD mentor; provide files to Nominating Cmte Next steps – obtain feedback from RGs, LPTF, etc 2
