2 The program “Go-Online”: Offers financial support :  Purchase of the basic terminal equipment (category 1)  Development and maintenance of a commercial website (category 2) Funding covers 40% of the total cost of the expenditures and cannot exceed the amount of €1250. In addition: 3 training support visits, on the SME’s premises for free (Training Support) !! Implementation authority: Hellenic Organization of small-medium sized enterprises & handicraft S.A.

3 The Training Support aims at familiarizing small-medium sized enterprise (and free lancers) in the utilization of the Internet, in order to respond to the requirements of the digital economy that presupposes familiarization to e-business. Implementation authority: The Greek Research & Technology Network, GRNET S.A.

4 The Training Support offers: 1.Training in the utilization of the Internet 2.Informational and Educational material through a web- based portal: 3.Central call-center: (toll-free number) 4. Employment: Consultants of Guidance & Support

5 The SMEs that participate in the Training Support of the program “Go-Online” learn how to: - Utilize the Internet and the - First steps of doing e-business - Develope an effective e-shop - Utilize the on-line services of the State (i.e. electronic tax form) - Utilize other on-line services (i.e. e-banking) More specifically:
