Introducing Coating And Valves  What is FEP Coating ? FEP is a Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene. FEP coatings are extremely non-wetting and have a very low coefficient of friction. FEP coatings are often used in the food processing industry.

What is PFA Coating ? PFA offer similar properties to that of FEP but is considered more of a premium resin. PFA coatings share the useful properties of PTFE as coefficient of friction and non reactivity but are easily formable.

What is PEEK Coating ? This is the only coating agent in the world that can perform thin film processing(20-100μm) while keeping the same PEEK resin performance. This is a water based dispersion type, so it is environment friendly.

What is PTFE Coating ? The High Performance section of Plastic Coatings applies PTFE coatings. PTFE coating also known as Teflon ®, Xylan ®, Fluoroplastic or Fluorocarbon coating, is normally applied to components where a non- stick, dry lubricant or low friction coating is required.

What is ETFE Coating ? ETFE coatings provide excellent resistance to attacks by chemicals and solvents that can cause rapid deterioration of other plastics.

What is PVDF Coating ?  PVDF coating (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a chemical resistant thick film barrier coating primarily used on chemical processing equipment.  This coating is unaffected by most chemicals and solvents and has excellent wear and abrasion resistance.

What is ECTFE Coating ?  One of the most common types of industrial coatings is ECTFE coatings, which are sold under the Halar brand name.  ECTFE is commonly used for primary insulation and jacketing and in the manufacture of gaskets which are used for the storage of various propellants used in the aerospace industry, like liquid oxygen.

What is PTFE Lined Ball Valve ?  These valves are of very high quality construction with the interior body, stem as well as the ball lined as an individual component.  These valves are also protected from dangerous elector-static discharge by anti static devices.

What is PTFE Lined Plug Valve ?  PTFE Lined Plug Valves are lined with a non- corrosive polymer and are able to resist any type of chemical at various temperatures.  Besides, the fluorocarbon lining is locked into the valve body in a fully-lined valve.

What is PTFE Lined Check Valve (NRV) ?  PTFE Lined Check Valves (NRV) are widely used for a number of industrial purposes.  These PTFE Lined Check Valves are better than other conventional valves in terms of functioning.  The PTFE Lined Check Valves, provided by us, are light weight and require no flange gaskets.
