 Eating on the run too often ends up with you consuming too many fats and leaving you overweight.  Learning to eat a balanced diet can help maintain a proper weight, providing energy, and supplying nutrients for good health.

 No matter your activity level, your body uses a certain amount of energy.  When your body uses the same amount of calories daily that you eat daily, your weight stays the same.  If you eat fewer calories than your body needs, you lose weight.

 It is just as important to eat healthy calories as it is important to eat the correct amount of calories.  Many health problems relate to poor diets.  At your next physical examination, ask your doctor about your cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. You may be surprised to find you need to change your diet.

 Steals water from the body and never quenches your thirst.  The elevated levels of phosphates leach vital minerals from your body.  Diet soft drinks contain Aspartame, which has been linked to depression.  The high amount of sugar causes your pancreas to produce an abundance of insulin.
