The draft methodological guidelines on calculation of the value of Travel-Related Service in foreign economic activity was prepared by the SSSU with regard to data of the State Border Guard Service Administration and the sample survey of tourists and one-day visitors. Due to lack of funding the specified questionnaire survey was not conducted. Experimental calculation of the specified types of services, without one-day visitors data, considerably distorts the real picture of Ukraine’s economy. Oversea workers who cross the border every day.
