IDentifEYE A five session workshop for teachers of students aged 8-11 and Teachers learn to create, implement and evaluate 45-minutes lesson plans. The lessons are to enhance student resilience to deal with online experiences – and thereby enhance student online safety. Important tools to achieve this aim are an Augmented Reality game, interactive didactics and elements of prophylactics.

3 SENTENCES Sometimes I make mistakes Sometimes my motivation is egoistic I am part of the problem

3 LEVEL IMPACT

INTERACTIVE DIDACTICS Ask diagnostic questions during the lesson Let students indicate whether they still follow you; if not, let another student who indicates they still follow explain Not the typical students’ “hands in the air” decides which student answers a question but a random selection by drawing

PROPHYLACTICS The teacher coordinates and moderates actions, ideas and plans for achieving the aims established by youngsters It is essential to sustain the motivation of students; the teacher needs to belief in the skills of the students

AUGMENTED REALITY Definition: Augmented Reality (AR) consists of a real-time video stream generated by a camera to which digital elements are added that appear in reaction to a predefined trigger.

CONFUSED?

STILL CONFUSED?

LET’S PLAY!

OUTCOMES Workshop manual Project video New AR game: 12-14; adapted AR game 8-11 Option to create an AR game yourself Country reports
