6 INVESTMENT IN TRANSFORMATION Facilitated process – Managing Diversity and Wim Appointment of external facilitator – Laetoli Overall purpose - to enhance the process of entry and integration of women in mining (WIM) in line with the Mining Charter Workshop – February 2012: Legislation of WiM Creation of the Paradigm shift Expected male behaviour towards female colleagues Procedure to follow when sexual harassment occurs The workshop’s purpose - supporting the WiM process through changing mindsets and building knowledge amongst relevant stakeholders.
