17 PROPRIETARY & CONFIDENTIAL – © 2014 PREMIER, INC. Community based organizations will play an integral role in the development and execution of projects. The PPS intends to engage and contract with community based organization. Implementation Plan: Inclusion of CBOs

18 PROPRIETARY & CONFIDENTIAL – © 2014 PREMIER, INC. The major anticipated challenge is to maintain all participating parties engaged in the process throughout the long-term. This includes governance members, providers, and stakeholders. Dis- engagement could impact any of the anticipated processes and project implementation. The PPS will promote continuous engagement through several initiatives which consist of inclusion, two-way communication, financial incentives where appropriate for performance, and formal recognition of best practices and engagement. Implementation Plan: Risks & Mitigations

19 PROPRIETARY & CONFIDENTIAL – © 2014 PREMIER, INC. Several work streams must be in place for the effective operations of the PPS. IT systems and Processes will be required for the timely creation and distribution of reports and dashboards for the governance committees to accomplish their oversight responsibilities. Engagement of practitioners will be critical in the accomplishment of project goals and achievement of metrics. The Finance Committee and Executive Committee will oversee the financial sustainability of partners to ensure there is adequate coverage of services for beneficiaries. Implementation Plan: Dependencies
