PART III: CULTURE - define and study cultural diffusion, majority culture and minority culture. PART IV: GOVERNMENT 1. Rule by the many. 2. Rule by a few. 3. Rule by one. PART V: ECONOMY 1.Government makes all decisions 2. Supply based upon customer’s demand. 3. Combination of economies. 4. Needs met by customs and bartering.
