Quotas are automatically generated on an accrual basis, at the beginning of an entitlement year or on the technical date of entry. 2. What infotypes are used for quota generation? Infotypes used for quota generation are: Organizational Assignment (IT0001), Planned Working Time (IT0007), Date Specifications (IT0041) and Time Transfer Specifications (IT2012). 3. What types of quotas are generated from CATS? Quotas generated from CATS would include Overtime and Flextime (AVRSB).

Quota Recovery u Need to recover a quota when employee has taken more than they are entitled to as a result: –Termination –Leave of Absence u Error message (Negative Quota – Recovery Required). Note: This is an information message only and will be generated on each day that the employees quota is negative. If the employee is Terminated and still has a negative quota balance this becomes a hard-stop error and must be dealt with through quota recovery.
