We do ask that you don’t show up at the last minute. We are always looking for suggestions for improvement.

STETSON HILLS MASTER HOA 2014 Budget – Ratification Vote Covenants, para 11.6(a). Unless at that [Annual] meeting a majority of all Owners reject the budget, the budget is ratified, whether or not a quorum is present. In the event that the proposed budget is rejected, the periodic budget last ratified by the owners must be continued until such time as the Owners ratify a subsequent budget proposed by the Board.

STETSON HILLS MASTER HOA Short Topic Update Lawn Care – Our guidelines require that lawns be maintained Winter care is important in Colorado Springs; remember watering is allowed anytime of day on your designated day during this time of year. Due to water restrictions this year we were unable to enforce dead or dying lawns. Thank you to all that maintained your lawns during the restrictions. When water restrictions are lifted by CSU, we will resume enforcement of dead/dying lawns and a reasonable amount of time will be allowed to correct this issue.

STETSON HILLS MASTER HOA Snow Removal Responsibilities City - All roads and streets NEW POLICY Residential streets plowed ONLY if more than six inches of snow HOA - Sidewalks in Common Areas 24 hours after snowfall Homeowner- Driveways & Sidewalks Front and side of house If you have a mailbox in front or on side of your property, it is your responsibility and to remove snow or you could be held liable for any injuries. 24 hours after snowfall Reporting City transportation office ~ Diversified Property Mgt ~
