New Hire Orientation Benchmark to Good Health Participate in the Benchmark to Good Health wellness program this year and be rewarded with a higher Benchmark insurance contribution next year! (Employees who are not enrolled in Benchmark’s insurance will receive a cash reward for completing the program) Complete 2 mandatory items, then choose from a list of close to 20 different activities, medical tests or programs. Employees hired before May 31 (with benefit eligibility of August 1) can participate.

New Hire Orientation Leasing and Renewal Bonuses Leasing consultants and Assistant Managers are generally eligible to earn Leasing Bonuses. – These are paid to the employee in the month FOLLOWING the resident move in. All employees are generally eligible to share in Renewal Bonuses. – New employees become eligible the first full month following 60 days of employment. All bonuses are paid after the 10 th of the month.

New Hire Orientation Benchmark University Courses designed for each position – Web-based and in-class training – Mandatory and optional classes

New Hire Orientation Milestones Employee Rewards Program for achieving above average results in areas of importance to our business. All employees on the sales and service teams will be eligible, and will have multiple opportunities to earn points to redeem for merchandise. The metrics measured in the Milestone program are published on the intranet so that all employees will know the goals they are trying to achieve. Each month, if a team achieves the goals set forth in the metrics measured, points will be awarded.
