Travel Planning Develop a Travel Action Plan Simple list of actions that your organisation will do to help encourage and enable staff to travel actively based on your local needs. A travel plan is a tool that can help your business reduce costs, such as those associated with staff expenses and fleet vehicles, and can also help you address car parking issues. A travel plan can also be a valuable part of your organisation’s ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ agenda

1.Get senior commitment & decide who needs to be involved 2.Carry out survey and site audit work 3.Analyse the results and produce a travel action plan 4.Implement the plan and monitor progress 5.Evaluate success and review the action plan Travel planning process
