Kate Graduates from Sacred Heart Academy in Kate marries Oscar Chopin and moves to Louisiana. Oscar and Kate have 6 children, 4 boys and 2 girls. In 1882, Oscar Chopin Died from Swamp Fever, leaving Kate having to take care of the children. Her first Book At Fault was published in Starting her career in writing In 1902, Kate Chopin published The Awakening, causing her career to be ruined. On 1904, Kate died from a Cerebral hemorrhage.
