BI Clubmark – Pilot (2012/2013)BI Clubmark – Pilot (2012/2013)  Applications open from August 1 st – 31 st 2012  All Clubs in Ireland are eligible to apply  4 Clubs will be selected to participate in the Pilot  Pilot clubs will not receive awards in the first year but they will be in a good place for the start of the initiative in the season

Club Registration by ing Introductory Meeting with BI Support Officer organised and Club Support Folder dispatched Introductory Meeting (at the Club) with a BI Support Officer Club works toward accreditation, submits application & all relevant evidence / documentation If all documentation is in order, club visit by a Badminton Ireland assessor will be arranged. If not, club will be notified of areas requiring attention and given the opportunity to resubmit Club assessment visit Accreditation (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) awarded & arrangements made for presentation of certificate, annual health checks (self evaluation every 12 months) and future accreditations (every 3 years)
