Register to Vote! Registering to vote gives citizens with developmental disabilities the power to: ★ Choose who represents them. ★ Voice their opinions. ★ Be fairly represented.
Who Can Register? ★ You can register to vote if you are … ★ A citizen of the United States. ★ A Florida resident. ★ Age 16 or older. ★ You can pre-register on or after your 16 th birthday, but you will not be able to vote in any election until age 18.
Am I Registered? You can check to see if you are a registered voter: ★ Online at: ★ Your local Supervisor of Elections office. ★ Voter Assistance Hotline (in English and Español) toll-free at or TTY at
How Can I Register? You can register to vote at: ★ Your local Supervisor of Elections office. ★ Department of Motor Vehicles. ★ Public library. ★ Any office that provides assistance to citizens with disabilities. ★ Online at The Florida Voter Registration Application requires an original signature.
