Our Team „Quality in everything we do” Hutchinson Institute is a team of professional language trainers. Methodical supervision i.e. regular monitoring of training and assistance of the Academic Coordinator in preparation and execution of training programmes guarantee effectiveness of a trainer’s work and the highest quality of teaching.

As a training organisation following technological trends we provide an e-learning platform, whose primary goal is to support the processes of education. Advanced APS  We analyze language needs and requirements of our Client  We set goals of the training together with the Client  We assess the participants` language competences  We analyze our participants` personality, learning styles and and type of intelligence (e.g. spatial, musical, interpersonal, etc.)  We prepare training programmes and the way of its execution (according to the results of a language test, our Client’s needs and personality ) in close cooperation with the Academic Coordinator  We select training materials  We monitor language progress through regular tests  We guarantee constant methodical supervision, personal or contact with trainers, the Academic Coordinator as well as administrative staff  At the end of a course each participant is obliged to sit a written and oral exam. Together with our Client we analyse its results and the overall course.

e-Spartan Since training is a sort of investment in staff development we devised our own on-line CRM tool. It allows our Clients to supervise progress, monitor attendance, generate reports or test scores instantanously, at any time and from everywhere.
