DART First Glance License Agreement, Security and Log-Ins GIDs Contract Numbers / Capacity Release PINs Pathed Non-Threaded Pipeline Segments EDI Conversion VISA Conversion

DART License Agreement, Security and Log-Ins Companies appoint an External Security Administrator (ESA) who will manage the other DART users for their company Using the DART Security Application, ESAs will:  Request additional DART log-in IDs for company personnel  Establish/modify security Business Function rights (e.g. Nominations, contract execution, confirmations, etc…) for their company’s DART users  Assign TSPs (pipelines) for which the DART log-in ID is valid

DART License Agreement, Security and Log-Ins (cont) If your company currently does business in DART:  And you currently have an DART log-in ID you will use that same ID to conduct business for EPNG/Mojave  And you do not currently have a DART log-in ID contact your DART ESA to request an ID If your company does not currently conduct business in DART:  Appoint an ESA  Complete the DART License Agreement (DLA) and ESA packet

DART License Agreement, Security and Log-Ins (cont) The DLA / ESA package is available on the Pipeline Portal Page, under Conversion to DART A License Agreement, Security, Log-in training WebEx will be held in Fall 2016 DART Tutorial Videos for ESAs currently available online

DART GIDs GIDs (Global Identification Numbers) - entity level proprietary code  If your organization is currently registered in DART, your GID will remain the same.  If your organization is new to DART, we will assign you a GID. Your GID will be used to identify your business transactions throughout DART

DART Contracts/ Capacity Release Contract Numbers  New contract ID format: (Numeric Contract #)-(Rate Schedule)(TSP) Example A: FT1EPNG  Existing contract numbers will not change; however, they will be converted to the new nomenclature Example B: FTXXX00-FT1EPNG Pooling Accounts  Issue new pooling accounts  One account per pool Capacity Release  Look and feel will be different  Features and functionality will be very similar

DART PINs PINs (Point Identification Numbers) are DART’s proprietary location codes. A cross-reference to the current pipeline proprietary location codes will be posted on the EBBs. While PINs will be the code used to identify locations in DART, the system will provide a PIN look-up feature using the current pipeline proprietary location codes.

DART Pathed Non-Threaded NAESB Nomination Model used in Passport = Pathed (Threaded)  “Threaded” refers to linking a shipper’s specific commercial counterparties at receipt and delivery locations to a specific pathed transport nomination line item, and to each other. NAESB Nomination Model used in DART= Pathed “Non-Threaded”  Allows a shipper to separate commercial counterparty transactions at specific locations from transportation transactions between locations.  Gives shippers full control of their business via ranks. Shippers can individually rank supplies and markets, receipt and delivery locations, and paths between receipt and delivery locations. This model also supports cross-contract ranking.

DART Pathed Non-Threaded (cont) Two Pathed (Threaded) nominations Shipper TSA Delivery Point B Receipt Point A Shipper TSA Delivery Point B Receipt Point A Up ID Red Up ID Blue Down ID Yellow Down ID Green These two nominations are pathed because a specific receipt location is tied to a specific delivery location on each line item. These two nominations are also threaded because commercial counterparties are also linked together on each line item. The specific upstream supplier is tied to a specific downstream market on each line item.

DART Pathed Non-Threaded (cont) Same transactions in Pathed Non-Threaded Model Shipper TSA Delivery Point B Receipt Point A Up ID Red Up ID Blue Down ID Yellow Down ID Green This nomination batch is still pathed because a specific receipt location is tied to a specific delivery location on each line item. This nomination batch is not threaded because commercial counterparties are not specifically linked to each other. Reductions that will impact upstream suppliers or downstream markets are in the control of the shipper via separately identified ranks. Shipper’s Upstream (Buy) Line Items at A, ranked independently from location ranks Shippers Downstream (Sell) Line Items at B, ranked independently from location ranks Shipper’s Downstream (Transport) Line Item at A indicating B as the delivery point. Shipper’s Upstream (Transport) Line Item at B indicating A as the receipt point (created automatically if started at Receipt Pin) The path itself has a separate rank

DART Pipeline Segments Existing Passport pipeline segments will be converted to DART’s methodology, and will continue to define capacity rights for contracting, scheduling and Operational Available Capacity postings on DART’s external website in much the same way they were in Passport. Under the DART methodology, capacities and constraints will be referred to by segment instead of by a location name. This generic example demonstrates the difference: New pipeline maps with the Pipeline Segments will be made available to customers concurrent with the first Regional Training session. Passport Segment DART Segments Segment 100 Segment 101Segment 102 In Passport, constraint locations are named non-meter locations on a segment In DART, constraint locations are the boundaries between segments Constraint DEF Limit 75 Constraint XYZ Limit 50 Constraint ABC Limit 100 Limit 50 Limit 75Limit 100

EDI Conversion Implementation of the pathed non-threaded model will require changes to nomination and scheduled quantity data sets Confirmation data sets may require changes Upgrade to NAESB 3.0 will be required for customers using the aforementioned data sets No changes are required for customers using other data sets Execution of new Trading Partner Agreement (TPAs) and Trading Partner Worksheet (TPWs) may be required We will be contacting existing EDI customers to discuss the upcoming conversion

EDI Conversion contacts EDI questions can be directed to:  Kathy Lehmann  Paul Box  Nate Sheffer

VISA Conversion Separate VISA system will no longer be needed  Transition with DART implementation  Track codes/Meters will be converted to PINs  Enhanced security Key customer screens/ data will be integrated iDart Navigation Panel
