Obj: to master skills needed to complete chapter 8:

 Straight angles add to 180 degrees  Exterior angle is equal to the sum of the two remote interior angles.

 Use the distance formula   simplify

 Find the line that the 2 angles named are attached to. (transversal)  Decide if they are:

 Alternate exterior (outside angles that are on opposite sides of the transversal)  Alternate interior (inside angles that are on opposite sides of the transversal)  Corresponding (one exterior and one interior angle)  Consecutive interior angles (both inside on same side of transversal)
