MICE VC Alain Blondel  2013 We had many achievements in 2012! -- spectrometer solenoid reached full field -- LH2 system was tested -- focus coil arrived at RAL -- new DAQ, many progresses on software and analysis, understood e+e- time difference. -- realized potential issue with magnetic shielding and addressed it energetically -- and many more… -- produced a first integrated resource loaded schedule -- went through 2 project baords and Funding Agency committees Our work for 2013: By the end of 2013 we will have three magnets, magnetic shielding, 2 trackers and all other detectors, ready for assembly in the MICE hall. AND a good plan for the Coupling coils and step VI
