Appraisals An appraisal is a formal assessment of an employee’s performance in fulfilling their job Most businesses conduct appraisals on an annual basis by an employee’s line manager Why do you think that they are important? Write down 5 reasons

Appraisals An appraisals forms part of the performance management process – the continuous process involving the planning, reviewing and mentoring of employees in order to enhance their performance Have a go! You will each receive a sheet of questions to conduct a peer appraisal. Ask your partner the questions and make notes.
