With nearly 300 e-learning case studies available, providers can find inspiration for a new e-learning project, or discover how to use technology to improve efficiency. Latest News RSCs customer satisfaction survey RSC Eastern Update October Jisc conducts a regular Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across all 12 Regional Support Centres. 98% of those who responded had made use of RSC support and communications over the previous 12 months, and 91 per cent said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the support they received. bit.ly/jiscimpact

New Resources LAGAT Training & Recruitment have shared their FE & Skills Programme Final Project Report.
