25 Erasmus anniversary

 Consider Erasmus as an amazing adventure that will mark your life forever.  Put aside a lot of money, you’ll need the double anyway.  Think of everything you expect from your Erasmus period. Done? Well, now multiply it by 100 and you will have just a 10% of what Erasmus really is. Before going to Erasmus

 Go to Erasmus with the curiosity of a child, but don’t come back with children…  If you are still not sure about going to Erasmus, the answer is one and only one: go to Erasmus without any comment παρακαλώ!!  Make up at least 10 reasons to ask your parents for money: you’ll need all your creativity and dramatics skills.

 Treasure your time, manage it well and enjoy it to the fullest.  Get used to hear English language spoken in very funny pronunciations.  Learn the language of the host country and speak it every time you can.(Μιλάω λίγα Ελληνικά, νομίζω!!)  You can experience that Europe is much more than a political and economic union.  In Erasmus you will never be alone: you will find a lot of people who are there for the same your reasons: enjoying, confronting each other, partying and, of course, studying. During Erasmus

 Remember sometimes that you went to Erasmus also to study.  Remember sometimes that you’re not on holiday.  Remember that you’re on holiday.  Remember always that you are in unique international environment.  Remember always that you have now a unique opportunity to meet really really special people from all around the world. What you should remember !!

 Bring your Erasmus spirit among your friends : get them drunk of independence, dissipation and fun. But after that find a good job.  Erasmus students generally come back home in December/January or in May/June: for the first group I’m sorry but you’ll get the depression syndrome. For the second: enjoy the summer at least!  plan immediately you're next experience abroad: stage/internship abroad, overseas program etc. How to survive after Erasmus?!
