Existential Inventory Helping you understand yourself outside of your influences.

What defines you? On a blank sheet of paper draw (or use a picture) an outline of you. Fill the inside of the figure with images or words that you think best define you, as determined by you, not by others. (a combination of at least 10 words and/or images is required) On the outside of the figure, create several (at least six) thought bubbles that contains both positive and critical statements, words or phrases about you said by others.
