Location Where is the place (longitude, latitude, continent, hemispheres)? How far away from home is it (travel time by plane, distance in miles or kilometers)? What countries are neighbors of the country? 1. LOCATION 1.Where is the place? (latitude, longitude) 2.How far away from home is it (travel time by plane, distance in miles or kilometers)? 3.What countries are neighbors of this place? 4. In which continent or hemisphere is it found? Question 1 refers to absolute location. Questions 2-4 refer to relative location.

People 1st came for the river, where we now have a dam In Georgetown, TEXAS (state) in Williamson (county), we mostly speak English or Spanish Georgetown gets about 36” rain/year and is pretty flat, with hot summers and mild winters You can reach Georgetown by car or plane.
