Power Teacher Power Teacher vs. Power School PowerSchool is the part of the program used by administrators, guidance, secretarial staff, etc. PowerSchool is where all student data, all schedules, etc are entered. PowerTeacher provides access to student data for only the students that a teacher has on his/her roster. Accessing the site Setting PT as a tab when IE opens – see handout for directions. ml ml

The indicator icon appears next to each class’s chair. The color of the dot indicates whether or not you've taken attendance. AG will only take daily attendance in homeroom.

Student Information (Backpack) Once school is in session you will be able to access information about your students by clicking on the backpack icon: Quick Lookup Net/Phone Access Summary Demographics Photos Schedule

Reports About Reports You can run District Created Reports for the students you have selected. Click the Reports button on the Start Page. For example: Run the AGSD Parent Guardian Label Click View on the Report Cue Page to view the report. (Click the Refresh option if the report isn’t showing.)

Performance Tracker Performance Tracker is still the data tracking tool for student achievement. Access Performance Tracker from the Teacher Resource page of the AG Web site. Username: first three letters of first name and the full last name – ie – barsmith (Barbara Smith), password set by teacher. Try it out! Look for your students’ MAP and PSSA scores. (current and past)
