Financial Status Current Status: – $25K bank balance on August 1st, $4K deficit during 2014/15 season – Debt free as of January 1 st – Annual program costs are approximately $90K Registration costs: (coaching, uniforms, transportation, officials, field equipment, etc) – Boys HS: $450 (same as last 3 years), was $645 in 2013 – Girls HS: $400 (+$100 from last year), was $595 in 2013 – Adding significant fundraising focus going forward to offset program costs Significant Financial Expenditures – Bantam field rental – Girls high school coaching – High school uniforms (girls 2016, boys 2017) – 2016 objective is to maintain our balance, this will be challenging

Volunteer & Sponsorship Opportunities Volunteering – Asked all parents to participate in at least one volunteer activity as part of registration – Will need more help with both high school and youth program – Consider volunteering for a youth activity so you will not miss any of a high school competition Sponsorship Opportunities – Advertise at SS Francis & Clare and Bantam Football – Need your help to identify businesses that are willing to help out – Scott Hendrick and Robin Barkdull are leading this effort.

Player and Parent Code of Conduct Why are we doing this – Several incidents over the last several years, more incidents occurring in CG – Establish clear expectations prior to incidents – Coaches own on field discipline – Board owns off field discipline On Field Discipline – Understand what your coach expects in terms of participation and effort – Play as a team and not as a collection of individuals, it takes a team to win – Embrace coaching feedback, it is intended to make everyone better Off Field and Spectator Discipline – Adopting CGHS & US Lax policies for participation – Spectators need to reflect positively on our club and the school corporation – No parent feedback for 24 hours after a game unless it involves an injury.
