Lesson One: “Could you do me a favor?”  Polite requests and asking questions  Watch the online video- Review of Week Two  Auxiliary Verbs Worksheet (Click on it- Answer Key)  Speaking Skills: Asking Questions (Answer Key)  Asking Questions: Fill in the Blanks (Answer Key)  Watch the videos and take the quizzes AGAIN!  Also, look at your quiz answers from the Homework Activity

Lesson Two: Booking an Airline Ticket  Watch the video about Polite English and take the quiz AGAIN  Speaking/Listening Activity: Buying a Plane Ticket  Group Activity: Mixed Up conversation  STUDY both of these! There is a mixed up conversation question on the exam!

Lesson Three: Movies  Mostly focuses on vocabulary for the exam  Study Movie Vocabulary: Fill in the Blanks  Cinema English: Login and look at the vocabulary from the website.

Written Midterm Exam  Your total score is out of 46 points  Four sections  I. Mixed Up Conversation  II. Writing- write questions using auxiliary verbs  III. Multiple Choice  IV. Matching

I. Mixed Up Conversation  Study the conversations between ticket agents and customers in Lesson Two activities  The conversation is similar

II. Writing  Study question making and auxiliary verbs  Example: - you/go/night/last/When/? Add an auxiliary verb  When did you go last night?

III. Multiple Choice  Study all the grammar and vocabulary from the three lessons.  CIRCLE your answers!! If you do not, I will deduct two points off of your score!  Make sure you read the questions CAREFULLY!

IV. Matching  Focuses on vocabulary we have studied in the three lessons  Again, look at them CAREFULLY
