The ARN is a business unit within AEG. The concept was initiated and developed by the owner of AEG (Mark W. Church). The ARN leverages 20 years of accumulated experience, tools, professional network. goodwill and technology that has been used by AEG to grow a successful Human Resource and Professional Recruiting business within the Permanent Placement and Contracting marketplace. The ARN business model provides services and enhanced capabilities to independent professional recruiters and/or sales persons within the recruiting industry. This business model eliminates the barrier to self employment while preserving its advantages. Professional recruiters and/or salespersons can focus on what they do best and leave the back office function (ie. billing), payroll, adherence to government regulation, data maintenance, insurances, etc. to the ARN. Current recruiting and/or salespersons that have the desire to start their own Independent Recruiting Services business. Individuals that are interested in entering the Recruiting Services profession. Independent “permanent placement” recruiters that do not have the means to enter into the “contract recruiting” marketplace due to the inability to employ contract professionals, etc. Independent recruiters that wish to eliminate the extraneous tasks associated with recruiting (ie, payroll, background checks, drug screening, adherence to many government laws, etc.) Independent recruiters and salespersons that would like to leverage the recruiting and sales of other ARN members to compliment their efforts. Serious HR recruiting and/or sale professionals (or those that desire to achieve that designation) that conduct themselves in a manner endorsed by AEG. Access to the ARN Private Data Network that allows for posting of job order and/or candidates from other approved ARN members Optional access to the AEG candidate database which has been built and maintained for the past 20 years Ability to participate in the contracting market due to ARN’s ability to handle employee related requirements on behalf of member Access to full service back office capabilities of the ARN (ie. billing, payroll, etc.) ARN possesses the all insurance types, industry longevity, successful track record etc. that will eliminate barriers to entry for some customers. HR functions such as coordination of background checks, drug testing, skills assessments, reference checking etc. Special pricing on “Sendouts” applicant tracking system.
