Really fun. I am glad to have it in Comins because there is something to do every Thursday instead of staying in our houses. Sustainability Free play work training from RAY Ceredigion - October Half Term 2011 (Llanddewi Brefi) - 1 st, 2 nd, 8 th October 2011 (Aberaeron) Support from RAY Ceredigion to raise money through grants to fund the sessions Support from RAY Ceredigion to set up a constituted group to support the play sessions
Sustainability – Year 1 Capel BangorApplication put in to Cefn Croes windfarm trust from RAY Ceredigion. Grant to cover 48 x play sessions, resources and landscaping of play area. We will know mid Dec 2011 Comins CochRAY Ceredigion to apply for money to continue with play sessions in Comins Coch. Play area will be completed and grand opening to be held 1st March Play sessions will recommence on this day. LlanrhystudMeeting attended by 8 parents, GB, CM, County councillor, representatives from community council and village hall committee. A constitution was adopted in name of 'Llanrhystud Play Association' and bank account applied for. BorthMeeting to be convened on Dec 14th to discuss the continuation of play sessions in Borth. Llanddewi BrefiRAY Ceredigion to apply for Communities 1st funding to continue the sessions + include element to pay Cambrian Youth to run sessions with young people as well. Cardigan (Maesglas)Play sessions will continue in Cardigan (Maesglas / George V field) with Child's Play, Year 2 money. AberporthYouth centre to run play sessions internally as part of activities timetable. 6 people have done P3 training. RAY to support Youth Centre to apply for funding for play sessions. LlandysulRAY Ceredigion is supporting the Family Centre are applying for funds to continue sessions (Hannah is a trained playworker and works for RAY Ceredigion on current play sessions). LampeterCymorth funding will continue until March Aberystwyth (Penparcau) Cymorth funding will continue until March Cardigan (Golwg y Castell) Cymorth funding will continue until March 2012.
