Evacuation Procedures Ensure you wear your hi-viz jacket Carry out your duty in a calm and assertive manner Ensure all fire exits are fully opened Make sure that the nearest available safe exit route is used Ensure continued movement away from the building towards the Fire Assembly Points

Evacuation Procedures Listen carefully for direction from the Chief Marshal or the person taking charge Be flexible – if it’s a real fire then one or more fire exit routes may not be usable! Remember that parents may want to head towards their children! Special needs people – give them assistance
