Consultant payments

Consultant Agreements Don’t expect supplements to take 2 days –2 weeks is the norm Encourage monthly invoices, especially for sub- consultants. If not, budget MUST be monitored monthly. Be aware of and monitor EXPIRATION dates of Inspection/Management/Consultation agreements If WO or part expires, consultant MUST stop working or leave the project. All consultants receive 45 day notice of expiration dates so there is no excuse if this happens.

Consultant Agreements FHWA investigation of consultants requesting for payments within 10 days of supplement being approved. Settlement Agreements
