 3 to 4 criteria - actions requested need to meet the criteria, not just the case.  Step down’s where intensive work is required FSS is a voluntary service and parents must give consent.  Allocation - Step down’s to a Keyworker - Working alongside a social care plan to a support worker.

 Key worker - Assessment - Team Around the Family Process (TAF) - TAF Plan, regularly reviewed - Key worker intervention: intensive support, practical support, parenting, CSE, Debt Management, Anger Management etc.  Support worker - Time specified - Specific piece of intervention.

 Signposting  Early Help co-ordinators -Gill Ransley (Gillingham and Rainham) - Sam Paterson (Chatham and Rochester) - Lisa Rushton (Chatham Central, River and Luton & Wayfield) - Ben Wilson (Strood and Hoo Peninsula)
