Overview Safety Matters: developing practice in safeguarding adults SDS360: the process of change in self-directed support Next one ?????

What is a Change Project Identifies an area of practice, takes account of the available evidence, pilots new ways of working and evaluates the impact They are designed to enable participants to contribute to the improvement of evidence based approaches, both in their own agency and in the broader professional community They provide an opportunity for us to work closely and collaboratively with Partner agencies across our network

Stages of a Change Project Stage Action 1 idea generation 2 scoping study / literature search 3 experts’ knowledge exchange 4 recruit and run a Change Project group 5 produce pilot resources 6 recruit and run a pilot group to evaluate the pilot resources 7 produce final resources 8 launch and publicise the resources 9 promote and support use of the resources
