My Class Goals 1. Fluency: Self-expression and critical thinking. 2. Speaking: Conversation & Presentation 3. Community: Collaboration, Participation, Support

My Class Goals 4. Authenticity: --Begin reading and practicing Real English.

Materials Used Skillful Texts o Each Skillful Set has two books: Listening & Speaking, Reading & Writing In Literature: o Semester 1: Short stories and excerpts provided by teacher. o Semester 2: Authentic Young-Adult novel/novels.

Materials Used English-Language (Learner’s) Dictionary o Not translation o Recommended: Laptops/Tablets o Used on scheduled days o Laptops and Tablets are strongly preferred (over Smart Phones) o Emphasis on Collaboration (working together).
