Introduction: Hi this presentation contain value proposition model of my business proposal, my business is Driving School. I choose this business because its my family business since 15 years and I want to make some difference in that.

Need of customer: Good and hygienic car for training purpose Knowledgeable trainer Some intensive course Knowledge about theory course for learning licence.

Wants of customer: Value for money course structure and lessons Different category of cars eg. Hash back, sedan or truck. Flexibility of time as per customer schedule. Course structure and assessment structure that can fit their understanding. Dual control car, automatic car or manual car.

Fears of customer: Is the time period sufficient for the lessons. Can drive alone on roads and busy areas. Can drive different cars if customer learn the basic car.

Product and Services: Value : We help to give best driving lessons and built confidence. Location : where I can get parking easily in front of my office and near resident area. Target segment : focus customer age (18 – 22). Different offer from competitor : Customer friendly course structure, student discount and pick & drop.

Benefits of product: Design a course structure with different fees pattern. Customize time schedule for customers. Different types of cars, well maintained and clean. Well trained drivers, having good knowledge of the lessons.
