Task-Based Work - Cons Caitlin LiSooey Less Pay task-based jobs usually result in a decrease in pay from time-based jobs Time Management employees must have excellent time management skills in order to accomplish tasks on time Integration in Today’s Workplace making the switch from time- to task-based work may be difficult to integrate into pre-existing workplaces
Personal Conclusion Caitlin LiSooey task-based work is perfect for “Generation Y” companies that offer task-based jobs are going to be recruiting the top young employees in their field the switch from time- to task-based work is not going to be a fast or immediate one if more companies do not offer task-based work, more and more people will be looking for freelance jobs instead of tradition office jobs
