Courses of Study Services/Activities

Include all of the student’s specific courses for the school year. These can be found in Total View under the “Courses & Classrooms” tab. If you do not have access to all of the student’s courses for the year, one of the transition teachers can help.

Remember, the goal is long range and not intended to describe events that occur in high school. The services/activities ARE intended to occur in high school.

For each transition goal, we need to include a service/activity related to the student’s annual academic goals. For example, if a student has a reading goal, we need to include a service/activity related to improving reading skills in the transition grid.
