We can find the same birds in the Britain and Europe, but there are fewer breeding species on the British Isles than in Europe. On the British Isles winters are mild so many species of birds can winter here.

Currently, there are about 250 species recorded in Great Britain and 300 another which occur here rarely.

The red fox being the largest of carnivores on the British Isles. On British shores you can find seals and dolphins Porpoises, whales and sharks can be seen on the west coast.
