TSDS Service Account If your district will be using TSDS and the Data Transfer Utility (DTU) or a web service, you must have a Service Account number and password. In order to request a service account, your district must have at least one employee with a Service Account Manager status. An employee with this status can create and manage service accounts in TEAL.

TSDS Unique ID and Demographic Data Matching Previous – the TSDS system rejects student data when ANY of the 4 major demographic values (First, Last, SSN, DOB) do not match the values in the UID system New – Will work like the current Edit+ system with the following logic:  TSDS data load error will occur if all 4 major demographic values do not match  TSDS data load error will occur if only DOB matches; only First name matches, only Last Name matches, only student ID matches
