What is Novartis BioCamp? 諾華國際生技菁英培訓營

2 | Presentation Title | Presenter Name | Date | Subject | Business Use Only What is BioCamp?  Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp), is a pioneering seminar invented by Novartis that brings young talent from universities closer to the biotechnology sector.  BioCamp can be run on a local, regional or global level. From a local BioCamp two students are selected to attend the regional BioCamp. At the regional BioCamp, two students are chosen to participate in the global BioCamp.  We look for top talents with biotech management leadership skills and bring them together in a global environment with leaders in Biotech.  The event is open to university students in the Natural Sciences and Business Administration fields.  BioCamp was developed as a local stakeholder relationship platform by Novartis Taiwan and has been adopted by more than five affiliates since then.
