My Apartment Scott McAnally

Introduction I have selected an apartment in the wonderful Chadds Ford It is two bedrooms, one bathroom, and 887 sq. feet I will be sharing it with my friend Each of us will pay $545 a month The security deposit and ultilitise will also be split equally

How will you pay for the Apartment Since I will have a roommate it will make the apartment more affordable I plan on having a job with starting salary I will budget my net income on needs first such as rent, food, and transportation and I will save the rest for wants or my future house

How Many Roommates? I plan on just having one roommate It will make things a lot easier That way if something is broken and I am unsure as to who did it. I will know it was my roommate It will not be as loud and crazy with only one roommate also

Furnishings The apartment will be furnished with some temporary cheap furniture. I will budget to be able to afford real furniture in the future We will split the expenses in half and each buy things that are a necessity We will buy a little at a time so that we do not fall into debt

Tenant Obligations Because we both will have jobs the payments will be on time We will treat the apartment as if it was our own The agreement will be followed and we will try to clean the apartment every other week If anything breaks the landlord will be notified immediately
