FY Project Proposal Templates The Ongoing Project Proposal Template used in this workshop is meant for practice only The formal version of New Project Template (blank) and Ongoing Project Templates (pre- filled) which you can use for FY submission will be ready mid-September Once they are ready, we will notify you by so that you can download it from PSIP Database.

4. Project Financial Management Information Tool (PFM-IT) PFM-IT is downloadable from WORKSHOP NETWORK. This is a standalone tool, which you can start using at your office to produce project financial management information. For you to use it, make sure i) the logical framework of the project is clear, so that you can fill in the set-up sheet, and ii) a project accountant is assigned to start posting revenue/cash inflow and expenditure figures with activity information The information produced from PFM-IT should feed into Quarterly Progress Report, and can be used for any other project management purposes
