 M/20  RT knee pain( O : 1 DA)  내원 1 일전 스키장에서 넘어짐.  F/E: resisted knee extension(+/-)

 단순 방사선상 특이 소견은 보이지 않는다.

Knee anterior 의 infrapatellar tendon 부위에서 시행한 long axis scan 이다. Infrapatellar tendon( diamond ) 의 patellar lower Pole 부착 부위에 Hypoechoic ( arrow ) 한 부위가 보여 Infrapatellar tendon 의 partial tear 에 합당한 소견이다. ( P : patellar )

Knee anterior 의 infrapatellar tendon 부위에서 시행한 short axis scan 이다. Hypoechoic 한 lesion 이 ( arrow ) 보인다
