What are BTECS? BTECS are vocational qualification which are linked into real world occupations They provide you with skills and knowledge through practical, work based scenarios They help you prepare/find out about specific careers

What subjects can you study? Creative Media Production Health and Social Care Sport BTEC (PE)

Why study a BTEC? BTECS are practical. You will learn skills which you can use in employment. BTECs have a high percentage of coursework (75%) and a small percentage of exams (25%) BTEC’s are viewed as the equivalent of GCSE’s by employers If you pass the level 2 qualification you are guaranteed a C equivalent.
