Banda Ramadan-Introduction10 Components of communication (cont) Communication Channel is the path through which the message passes from the moment it leaves the sender to the moment it reaches the final destination – the receiver- –Formal channel: is the channel set by the organization according to its system of communication –Informal: is the channel that result form common social relationships within the organization or its outsides environment not necessarily consistent with the system of communication adapted by the organization.
