Introduction On this presentation, I will talk about the issue of domestic violence, domestic violence can affect and interfere in the daily life of a person that has gone through such violence. Domestic violence is a psycho-social problem affecting our society for years and according to statistics is increasing. That is why I present a story related to the topic and will discuss my views on this case and the issue of domestic violence in general.

Personal opinion: The issue of domestic violence in my personal opinion is an issue that affects us all as a community. Domestic violence, or domestic violence encompasses all acts of violence, from the use of physical force, to assembly, harassment or bullying, occurring within a home and life, at least one member family against another family member. Domestic violence that encompasses all forms of violence in the home. In my consideration and from my point of view I strongly disagree with any act involving domestic violence. Since domestic violence incurs inreparablesel domestic environment acts as the pattern of abuse that victims are subjected incurs physical and emotional damage this abuse arises a man so much as a woman, there is no distinction sex. The reality is that when an abuse of such magnitude, there is a whole family including the children of the victims and the perpetrator is affected. Because if there are children the problem is much larger, that abuse is not only the victim but also their children. As emotional abuse, arising from fear, intimidation and with function. No child should be exposed to an environment where their emotional and physical stability is not safe. Statistics show that children exposed to ambient and distorted household grow up fears and can follow a chain of violence that continues to rise.

Personal Opinion…… I as a citizen concerned about the society and the development of families in our society, I believe that Act 54 should be reviewed and analyzed, and apply more severe sanctions, to prevent many fatal acts. Both victims and the whole family should be made much more effective aid, as psychological support, self-esteem talks and monitoring specialists to help integrate a healthy family again. I believe that the most feasible to minimize the problem of domestic violence and child abuse are the integration of alternative programs intrafamily where a healthy family develops. We must work with psychology, cognitive based on the study of cognition, the mental processes involved in knowledge, plus they should be prevented oriented and starting with the familiar introduction is responsible for the nuclear family is the basis human environment and development.
